Our WINES

2023 godello

One of the oldest varieties of the Iberian Peninsula, godello is a white grape indigenous to Galicia and highly regarded for its delicate texture and medium-high acidity. An early-ripened variety, it thrives in dry sites and well-drained soils, and is characterized by its small-sized berries and closely packed bunches. It is recognized for making age-worthy wines.

TASTING NOTES

Pale straw hued with chlorophyllic (green) highlights, the wine opens with a fresh and vibrant bouquet of juicy white nectarine, wildflowers, and a touch of fennel, tied together by bright notes of lemon zest. Bright and energetic on the palate, lively ripe stone fruits are balanced by a subtle citrus pith and mineral tension, which provides focus through to a refined, lingering finish.
